Possible COHO maphack?

as I can not read russion language and am not at home these days I'd like to ask you if maybe anyone can read russian? :)

There is also a download link. But I am not sure if it is true or maybe a virus!?

The first link is for no fog of war it claims.

the second one isn't in russian...

the first hack is for coh 2.6

the 2nd hack is fake - the site the file is hosted on is a bullshit advertising uploader (fill in offer to unlock download, but of course, it never unlocks)
