Software for skinning

Hello,

Can someone please tell me what to use to make my skins?

I have PM'ed Thimo and Wracc2, both have failed to respond...

So does anyone know HOW to make skins? ( I.E. the software to use? )

I know i should not have created a new thread, but i am so frustrated and need attention to help solve the question...

this sux my dad blocked anything that says download:(

how do you like skin, do you just go to warrock folder in program files and just open one of the jpg's in photoshop and just dub over it?
