This is how you get clan tag at any prestige and lvl!
1)Go to player match and Highlight your name/title in the player list.
2)Back out (Press circle or B for xbox)
3)Go to Local --> split-screen
4) When you're in a split screen lobby, press up and then press whatever button you use to select stuff, your title/ect should show up
5)Click X(or A for Xbox)
6)Go to clan tag and pick your color
7)Have Fun.
