CROSS FIRE ERROR send Error report?

Yesterday me and my friend felt for playing Cross Fire once again. So we both downloaded the setup and installed the game. For me everything worked fine, but not for my friend :(. When he start the cross fire launcher and press START it begins to load, bust just as the game is going to pop up it becomes black and the error comes up. Here is a photo:

This is the solutions he have tried:

1. Run as adminstator (since he runs windows 7)
2. Reinstall the game (which he have done atleast 5 times)
3. Turn off his antivirus/firewall
4. Turn off UAC
5. Change the priority
6. He also used ccleaner
7. Read on forums

It used to work fine for him to play. So PLEASE if u have any ideas what the problem/solution is so say it. When he don't run the program as a admin he gets run-time error 5 (which we also googled)

Are he using any tools or third party software affecting crossfire process?

If he didnt use any tools affecting crossfire that would not hapPen, download gamebooster and run it. That should close the affecting processes. Hope i helped you :D

Sounds like his video card is not good enough

happens to me to, sometimes from a bad lag, hacking, or i didnt click on the thing quick enough after it finished loading

Thank you for your replies! He is not using any tools/hacks that effects crossfire. I am still going to tell him to try Gamebooster. I'l let you know if it worked or not.

Oh and try redownloading from a different source

you couldn't be more wrong , I got a 2,8GB nvidia and get this error when I alt+tab a lot :)


Nevertheless , try running it at lower qualities and check for background programs that could damage or interfere :)

I dont think it's he graphics couse he got 1 gb just like me. He tried game booster and turned off every process he could, but with no succes :(. So problem is still remaining.:mad:

Ok, but the thing is he is'nt even hacking at all. And it feels like we tried everything -.-.
