MW3 has mod support or not?

My previous account is hacked so i just start threads about mw3.
so my first question is: MW3 has mod support or we need to use GSC?
If you know the awnser on it then please post it here

since most Cod series games have GSC Files it will most likely be able to GSC Mod it

It's GSC modding even if they give us modtools lol.
Search up an older cod modding site....

Whell if it's modsupport then i am afraid that AgentGOD will not make an mw3 liberation :P

MW3 is a 80% chance of GSC.
