When I OpenCFpH He Says "cannot load the version.ini file"

Have you tried running Crossfire as Administrator? If it still doesnt work you should reinstall CF PH.
But dont run the setup and choose "Reinstall/Repair".
You have to reinstall it manually.
1. Uninstall
2. Delete the Gameclub folder from your harddrive
3. Download the newest/freshest CF PH setup and install it again.
