outside links are only regarded to downloads and other forums. This is NOT a download or another forum thus a picture link would be fine.

Nice account, plus for future reference, uploading images from another site (Imgur) is not prohibited. Posting outside links such as a rival forum or just another site IS prohibited, but for photos it's fine.
