@SomeoneNoneOfYourConcern I'm pretty sure that's DayZ an Arma II modification.
What i have understood for now dumped means like it's the old AVA Client , I will chick it now.
Dumped Means, that the packer (Themida) is removed and you can use in IDA
Ok. If a commpany like Aeria releases a Game, they protect/pack the exe. They wan't to prevent hackers from simply debug it.
A dumped exe is an save of the running state. If you log in in ava it automaticly Load the exe unpacked in Memory. Then you dump it from there and have now an unpacked executable which is analysible(fking word^^) in Ida or your favorite programm
I will use it if i make a bypass xD
You didn't dump it correctly. If you were then it wouldnt give an error when trying to execute this in its own AVA's folder.
I'll attempt to create an address logger for us to log the correct offsets for XIGNCODE3, this may help me find which address's the CRC check is hooking into.
yep, it's not dumped correctly. but maybe it's can be helpfull. I'll go to make some noise with this in OllyDbg
just noticed will fix it soon
