(Request)a New Logo for Me

Okay so im not that good in Graphics and I was wondering if anyone could try and make a logo similar to this but better graphics wise
the colors are good but i need it to have more of a lighting effect to it. And I cannot figure this out for the life of me.
I would like the Hurricane Symbol to spread between Storm Cell
expand through the "m" to "c"

the words inside the hurricane symbol spell StormCell
