Ive been in several gmod servers that get completely taken over with rcon access, of course its a lua script but how??, and theres these rope exploits that i cannot seem to figure out how they do it. If you have any ways to do this or any scripts you are willing to share please do, thanks

You have to be more specific, what type of server.
And it's probably best if you forget about the RCON thing.
DarkRP and Propkill 2.6, I guess the scripts and exploits rely on ulx and ulib. there scripts will start spamming through console chat or AKA the ulx command to say anything to the server.
RCON access? There was an exploit literally like 3 years ago that allowed you to download the RCON password. I still have it actually, but there is literally no use for it anymore.
