There are some fucked up servers , where you connect once and your banned coz you had items in your inventory. There are tons of stupid reasons ppl getting banned on good servers too.
Is there a hash key under regedit that can be changed or removed to get unban for kid admined servers on Terraria?

Bans on Terraria are IP based so you just need to change your IP. (They can ban by character name too so you might need to edit your character name as well.)
Also there is no such thing as 'cracked' servers on Terraria. The server software is free.
