how can you get source code hacks to work in the game?

I have downloaded many source code hacks but non of them works help me:(

Ejem, you have to compile them.(Code::Blocks is OK) some of them are done for being .dll others are cmd projects

how can you get source code hacks to work in the game? Its simple, write them.
