[E2] Wiremod Teleportation

Hello Community, I have a not-well known request for you all

As you can see, its a device that teleports (using hoverdrive, nailer/grabber, E2 ) a entity back to the starting position.

Questions:
Is it still possible with the recent updates?

Can it be made WITHOUT E2?

If this can be made, a E2 code will be nice, and at the most a tutorial, so the whole community can thrive.

Yes let's give everyone the method to teleport so any sandbox/darkrp server I join will have 12 yr olds screaming and fucking flying around the map.
If I were to release anything of the such I would ship out a device the plugs into a USB 3.0 port that would grope your crotch in search of testicles.

To answer a little of your question, no, it's not currently possible to make it without E2 or elevated privileges.
