It's not the flamethrower for sure. Dont know what it is. I have seen the toxic symbol though. That one is cool.;)
its probaly a flamethrower from last game and u lagged cuz that happends to me
to all choobs:
when you get killed with a flamethrower, it just does the silhouette of the flamethrower...not a flame sign.

btw the flame sign is if somone gets killed by the burning of the flamethrower not the flamethrower itself
