We have numerous request for VIP through ClickAndBuy. However, we have no plans currently to expand to it. We may however, once summer comes (1 month), I will have plenty of free time, and look into the option.
I'm sure there is some trustworthy people who you could pay in ClickAndBuy in exchange for Paypal payments.
