The only vac ban is for CS:GO so you are unable to play, but other games work perfect. Has starbound etc, but steam guard was last activated on 27th of this month because I got it back from a hacker on that date so you will be unable to trade or use market until Jan 11, which is 12 more day.

Would not recommend to buy a hacked account. The original owner could take back the account whenever she/he wants. Sorry for trashing your thread.
