"Global" T Announcer

I am looking for a custom moded "Traitor" announcer and Death announcer. What this basically is, It's a cvar enabled traitor finder and death detector, But instead of saying who died and who got T wep clientside it would force me to say in chat "##Name has died!" aand "##name is a Traitor!"

Modify the current t finders but instead of chat.AddChat or whatever do LocalPlayer():ConCommand("say "..t.." is a traitor!")

So you basically want to say who has died?
