How can I use fraps or camstasia or other programs like that without getting any lag?
Fraps won't lag you if you don't do anything with it except look at your FPS or take a screenshot.
If you want to take Video:
1. Make sure your CA graphics are set to low
2. Windowed CA might make it better
Thats about it. Fraps didn't lag me really much after I upgraded my graphics card.
