Best settings for best preformance (NO LAG)

do you play on windowed mode or full screen? because when i play on windowed mode with v-sync off my fps cap is 60

I'm using that settings from the attachment provided from this thread. So windows with v-sync off. cap is 60 on india but other maps, it drops.

go into your nvidia control panel and turn v-sync off. if its already off turn it on/ reverse what state it is in
