If not it means some of your windows components are outdated. A friend of mine had the same issue. It got fixed by using "Windows Update".

i facing the problem for this hacking, I had downloaded the file and follow the instruction above, but I need to extract the file before run it and I after I run CSGO it pop out the hacking table but I only can adjust the number and the change the name of skin. i can't even tick the box. Can anyone help?
