I think this would only work if only like... premium sellers could sell it and only premiums could buy it or something? But it gets hard when theres money involved people could scam really easily and get ppl banned after they sold their cheat to a few people shit like that.

If Dave wanted everything to be legal, then why does he allow SE (Social Engineering)? Which is essentially lying to a company to get a free product or refund, depends on an option that you select, even though you have the said product, which essentially means stealing, therefore, your answer ain't any wiser.

Not gonna lie, if there were paid hacks, I would use more hacks in games (because I would be less likely to get banned). I could go on another forum and buy hacks from there, but I feel like people can easily get away with scams there.

Well, Dave got asked by Amazon to stop any refunding services and all that. Other companies just don't know about this and will probbably not.
