Don't just work on chest and arms. You'll look like a fucking angel fish with legs. You need to work out your entire body. Maybe do arms+chest on Mondays and Wednesdays, Legs on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and core on Fridays. Rest on Saturday and Sunday.
DON'T BE AN ANGEL FISH.
Just run a bit then follow that with lifting weights. You will be fit all around.
start hitting a gym. an hour or 2 a day. boh1 give it a year /gewd.

Eat more carbs do a gym workout set a program or get someone to help you don't make it so your benching ridiculous amounts and drinking protein shakes doesn't just give you muscle you have it after your work out to repair the muscle quicker thus being able to do more
At the moment i'm 15 i way 77Kg not sure in pounds i am 183cm tall and i don't lift weights i just do simple push ups chin ups v snaps crunches etc.
Don't work out at your age, be active, but don't work out, its not good for you especially since you're still growing.

Despite what people are saying, DON'T drink protein shakes. They're not good for you at your (our) age.
Do pushups (great way to build muscle), lift weights, do pullups if you can.
By the way, when you're trying to get girls it's personality > looks.
Swim for 2-3 hours a day, you'll be lean and mean by summer =]
