that is a great idea but is only wishful thinking. It is easier to make a bypass that grants you similar access with hacks to CA but only takes hours or days to make not the weeks of work required to re script hacksheild. If you think you can re script hacksheild, best of luck to ya, but for now I'll be happy with the same old bypasses =P
Good luck bypassing hackshield after this latest patch, pff its hell to put it minimally.
By the time you finish editing the hackshield,

You could always add a scan current file and replace version/date. Example new hackshield released. Version 1.2.345.1 date 10/2/10 auto replaces the version date for your version, But if they completely change the code then of course it would need an overhaul.
The Ideal of this post is almost anyone can get a base adress and make a new hack... We are not lacking in the coders department. What we need is reverse engineers completely focused on hackshield not the game.
We lost our focus here we have been spending all of our time coding game hacks when what we really need is Hackshield hackers (reverse engineers). Screw the game You control hackshield - You control everything.
Also I have not seen anyone using open access memory in thier hacks. (this is local on your pc and has acess to engine.exe)

Where all 314 code is not marked as good or bad by hackshield because its unused memmory. The stack can run there undetected and they cant scan all unused memmory with hackshield since it would take hours. They could patch the stack but then you just change the adresses you use simple enough. Its like installing your own multi-lvl pointer to protect your codes. It hooks the scanner and makes it loop.
I dont know but regardless We need people to attack Hackshield not Combat arms. Again we contol Hack shield we control the game.

Edit: Also this does work I have done it on alot of online console games It bypasses dnas Punkbuster and a couple other anti cheats. Tho console games are diffrent from PC games a stack will work for either or.
i think for the hs replacing its own file thing... i think they binded another program together with engine.exe that replaces their own hs file everytime.
