windows 7 64bit says the program can't start because d3dx9_49.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

d3dx9_49.dll can be founded on google easyly... put it into
32 bits : C:\WINDOWS\System32\
64 bits : C:\WINDOWS\System32\ and C:\WINDOWS\SySWOW64\
