Just take a look at the last few pages of the post. If you're on Vista or XP kinda matters. It's probably a .ocx registration issue.

get the point except handler 4 commmon not located .. in dynamic link library . lol

Well it's originally intended for Vista and 7. Not sure about 64 bits
