Works indeed great by combining it to the other one (see leegt' comments).
However I wouldn't recommend actually trying a 100K RP multiplier. One race got me from level 51 to 826 (yes, it does look nice tho, but it's a blatant giveaway).
Cash multiplier (only worked for reward below 2M, at 15-20M I never actually got the money, so keep the multiplier low).
RP multiplier (works for everything). If you don't want to get multiplied RP from everything, try the tunables from the other table. There, you can specify which activities will reward you more (races, escaping the police, etc.)
Min health, max health (works fine, however other players will suspect something when you're still standing after they shot you 20 times in the head when you have 9999 health)
I also tested a lot of other options from the other table, the adresses are correct and most of the time it works, but you gotta be careful with the settings or the servers might kick you for the huge activity you generate (example, I tried to get "Good Behavior" drops every 10 seconds and with a value of 100'000$, but the server didn't like it).
Yes this is legit. Use another one. I go from lvl 35 to 375 by using 30000 multiplier. Becareful with that multiplier though lol
150 000 multiplier gives you 11.4M.

Totally agree with this. I was aiming for lvl 100 to 150 and i got lvl 300. I am happy with a lil bit regret. Lol
