Can someone remove the add in these hacks please

Hi im having problems on how to Remove adds from my hack, its a .dll file and i have tried 3 programs and processes with no luck. If you leave a message here or PM me ill send you that hack and please remove the CAT****T-HAX that shows up at top of screen. Thanks!
