Curious on your guy's thoughts and opinions cause I just came across something - but that doesn't matter.
So, do you guys consider social engineering as hacking? I don't mean like exploiting the human mind - I mean like things like keyloggers and rats and all that tech stuff - I know the answer is probably no but...

I think it mostly depends how you use it... Social Engineering could be considered a lot of things if you take that into the equation. Most people just think of it as deception. I think of it as a form of Hacking because you're using your skills to exploit the social behaviours of another individual. In my mind that's the same as using your skills to exploit the system of another computer.
I mean both are usually done for personal gain and both require some kind of recollection of what you want from the target along with the need to know something about the target before you "approach" to "hack" it.
