Alright, I think I can help however I'm unsure if I can buy anything because my paypal isn't connected with my debit card, happened to remove it when there was issues with steam and I didn't want someone to use my paypal as a payment and now I'm unable to readd it for some reason...

Well, I don't have any money on my paypal on my account, perhaps about $40 cents :( but sure.
