Possible to refund Fulfilled $50 Steam card on ama.com?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to jump the shark on amazon and buy an overpriced steam card from a third party dealer. It is fulfilled by amazon and it's roughly 63 dollars.
Would I be able to get someone (obv. reputable from mpgh) to refund it? Or can you only refund steam gift cards that are sold directly from amazon? (I know the difference between fulfilled and direct, just curious.) Or can you not refund them at all?
