Not really privacy, this question is best answered by US Citizens.
Would like to know if someone would give a 'blank no cash nothing inside' bank account to someone the person trusts.
Other than name, address and account number, what other private information can you see inside?
And would also wanna know if anyone would do this... as a service. a real, not one time bank account.
Would not appreciate burns and aggressiveness or vulgarities atm, i just want more info about this.

I highly doubt any person with half of a mind would do that.
I'd be wary of giving that info to a good friend of mine that I've known for over 12 years, so I wouldn't trust anyone online to do it.
