Here is Yet another Request answered :)
It is a MOD of M16A3 to M4A1CQB
Instructions:
1)Download .zip file.
2)Unzip file to combat arms>Game Folder.. AFTER YOU MAKE A COPY OF GUNZ_T_AR.rez AND GUNS_M_AR.rez!
3)Run Combat Arms.
4)Play Combat arms with and M4A1 CQB
