I searched for Kitchen Nightmares just to confirm and got same results as what you have
If you mean the Tv-Shows tab, it's not new.

Like above, this is not new when searching for books, authors, movies, actors, and things like that.
I've seen these before when searching for disney movies
As the others, i've already saw this when i've done research on famous people...
This isn't new at all!
It took long for google to update me.. I'm not sure how I updated my browser..
