My friend has a theoretical problem
Theoretically my friend purchased some giftcards from possibly this forum or another for about 20-30%. The person selling it obviously said it was cracked rather than it being carded in order to avoid federal felony. However, she believes that the gift cards were carded because when she checked the balance, it said the giftcard was under review and she needed to contact customer service if she had any questions. So from there, she had the impression that the cards were cancelled after ordering from the site because of fraud activity. Anyways fast forward to today, she receives an email stating that the shipment from the theoretical stores were shipped and so she picks up the items from the drop location. The question she has is whether she should try to get another shipment of the ssame package that was already delivered? What are the risk? and Should she do it?
