MW2 Liberation doesnt work for me

I've tried to download MW2 1.2.208 and play but when i try that mw2 dont even open, it crashes instantly. And when i try to play with the newest update all i get is "Vac chaos" after 30 seconds ingame. What should i do? Feels like ive been trying everything. :(

What OS are you on? As far as I know MW2 Liberation only works for windows 7.
