How to remove background music and most of the ambient sounds.

Hi guys,
here is a little something. This removes all background music, and most of the ambient sounds.
If you use this with sitrep pro, it's freaking ownage :D.

Here is what you do:
go to your steam folder
32 bit OS:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2
64bit OS:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2

Now you see a folder called: 'Miles'.
Just simply rename that folder to: 'dismiles'.
Now your all set, start the game and you'll see there is no background music and no ambient anymore (Well most of it).

this does not turn off all sound, just the music and ambient.
gunshots and footsteps will still be heard.

Is there a way to amplify step sounds ? Or at least mute the sound off all the killstreak thingies ?

Kill music volume in options, Put headphones / buy good surrond speakers, Set the volume high and listen to hardcore techno rave music when killing people ?
