Liked it so much I ended up buying a subscription, my earphones fucked up so I have to watch on speakers now, so I asked him to add subtitles for a show I was watching and it took him less than an hour, very nice guy!

i was given a 24h trial and brandon proviled to be a great service provider. but sadly this plex server does not fit my requirement (no offline sync).

if you dont travel abroad a lot and depend on offline viewing, id highly recommend this service

If you have too many users, service will start to buffer. As Plex needs a solid server to transcode. And usually if your server is in US or Europe and you live in Asia, depending on the time of day buffering can happen and will need to lower the resolution. You can safely run a plex server with maybe 10 slots. Anything more and you will start seeing buffering.

I dont need to, I have my own server in Europe with a much larger collection than yours ;) Its not feasible to sell slots to people as if they live in other parts of the world during peak times they will buffer esp when setting to 720P or higher with over 5Mbit bit rate. It is due to the distance and has nothing to do with your server. The Plex forums also have a lot of info about this. Besides the good fast servers you can transcode maybe 10 if you are lucky. Any more and it cant handle it.

He is so polite and responsive . Gave me a free trial and I ended up buying 3 months subscription within few hours of trying ... good luck with your sales
