how risky is buying money from shops here? Are there any bans now or it is secure?

Well for money drops all you have to do is to not bank the cash and you'll be fine. If you want to have money in your bank you must give them access to your account. I purchased about 1.5 billion and haven't been banned so I guess it's safe.

i never used hack, mod menu etc i just bought few billions from here and banned 2-3 days later...

I bought 2 billon $ without any problems.
