Run script cheat without exe file?

I have a bunch of code i found here, i put it in a file and call it cheat.txt and put it in my steam folder, when i run it it just opens up notepad?
i run the injector and it says it cant find process so i run gmod and when i inject the file the hack doesnt run?
Can i just make it like odiuim is and make it run when i click it? i payed for odium but it doesnt work now so i want to use the ace bot hacker script, i dont hvh now because i get killed and i lose score points in the rank board so ace bot does not work and i have no other hack
