Rules
General Rules & Behavior- English only.
- No spamming. This includes posts such as (First/Second/Third).
- No flaming, arguing or begging. If you would like to report the post, please press the report button.
Uploading Mods- Only create a thread if you are either posting something related to Minecraft Mods.
- If your thread/post contains a file attachment, please provide at least 2 virus scans. You can use either Jotti, Virustotal and/or VirScan.
- If the attachment is packed. Please send the unpacked version to a Minecraft Minion or Moderator.
- Use screenshots or videos as proof of your Minecraft Mod. You may use Imgur, ImageShack, TinyPic and/or YouTube to upload your screenshot/video.
- Auto updating tools are not permitted unless approved by Dave84311
- Only post files as RAR, ZIP, or txt. Anything else is not permitted.
- If the tool is not created by you, please credit the original author.
- Advertisements, tutorial videos or outside links including with or within the tool is not permitted.
- Phishing or phishing related discussions of any sort is not permitted.
- Use the following format to post your Mods:
- Version: What version of the mod is it?
- Minecraft Version: What Minecraft version does it work for? (Example: 1.9 or 1.7.10 for Pixelmon)
- Mod Name: What is the name of the mod?
- Mod Description: A description to what the mod is and what it does
Requesting Mods- If the original poster of a Mod Request thread hasn't responded after 2 days and the thread contains posts from other users, the thread will be closed and assumed solved.
Approval & Thread edits- All file attachments undergo an approval process. This may take up to 24 hours.
- Only the thread starter may request for a thread edit or closure by @ mentioning or sending a private message to a Minecraft Minion or Moderator.
- If the Mod is no longer functioning, the thread will be marked as "Patched or Outdated" and closed. Mods do not count as Patched or Outdated if the tool is still functioning for 1.7.x, 1.8.x or 1.9.x. This is because many servers and players are still using these versions.
