Shouldn't you also consider individual differences? Like, an African is very fast, so you hire him as a newspaper boy, as he should be fast. The problem is that this African is not, so do you still hire him because of his Racial background? Or hire an Asian person to teach your child math, because they are all supposedly smart, all though, this Asian is not? But I guess if everything was as you said, then no, it would be impossible.

Trying to ignore racism and ignore social/cultural differences between people, given race or nationality is going against our own sense of belonging and genetic make-up.
Tolerating one another is far more perceivable than having to love every race equally.

I think the only kind of discrimination that might be innate and everlasting is class discrimination according to someones social standing (middle class, lower middle class, tags like that).
