Step 1: Edit iw3mp.exe with NotePad++
Step 2: Find sv_cheats (CTRL+F), replace v to j. Like this sj_cheats. Save.
Step 3: Find g_compassshowenemies, replace g to j. Like this j_compassshowenemies. Save.
Step 4: Join to game and type in console /devmap mp_crash
Step 5: Type in console /sj_cheats 1. U can leave devmap.
Step 6: Join to any server and type /j_compassshowenemies 1
But careful, it can be caught on getss command. So you can bind it for safe.
Example: /bind z "j_compassshowenemies 1 /bind k "j_compassshowenemies 0. So u can use it fast.

Hey I did this, and after editing the code using notepadd ++, it says that cod4x is closing.
I launched again and it started up fine. Completed the rest of the steps, but when i typed sj_cheats 1 in the console during devmap, it said unknown command and doesn't work.
I closed the game and checked the iw3mp.exe code and it was reverted back to the original code.

u did something wrong on save step. first notepad++ requires admin rights, only then you can save it

Find the Memory Address via changing Value.

Works with version 1.8x. You can also change your fov with "cg_fovscale 1.2" for example and change "r_fullbright" to "j_fullbright" when you're editing with Notepad++ so that you can enable fullbright as well, all CVARs will work (no godmode/infinite ammo etc of course).

cod4x got an update to 17.9 and they patched it im pretty sure. Not that I ever used this but knowing that this has been public for a year or so now, through youtube and being mentioned on the cod4x forums, I'm almost certain the cod4x devs decided to patch it.
