Buying some mangas, advice?

I plan to buy The Melancholy of Haruhi - I've heard great about it.

Also, is it worth getting the manga of death note, I have watched all the episodes.

I bought the whole manga of Death Note, and I'd reccomend you to do the same.

May do, I've just bought Code Geass & Monster vol1, I loved the anime of both so I think i'll like it. I bought it off book depository.

Monster......is a little too uninteresting per volume for me to buy the manga.

I'd buy death note, well i did. But then again, i finished the manga at the time the anime came out in japan lol.

here in holland its only €6.95 to buy one volume of the Death note manga since there are 12/13 of them its really cheap + i only have seen all of the haruhi suzumiya seasons & the movie ... neva had seen the manga but i think its worth every penny to spent on it.

i keep on quiting to see Code Geass for no reson just to bussy k nao not but still next week...

oyeah empire i chose to do a OVA first. it's abit easier because its only 20 pages long + its chapter #108.

ah i see then lol.

I ended up buying Monster vol 1 and Code Geass vol 1. I like buying the first of manga's and then reading the rest online.

Oh Yeah: I read 8 volumes online:) I think I'm getting more used to it.

a found a site wich sales manga's arround 7€ (most of them) and delivers for free to bad that i don't have any money :( kinda low on cash since i had bought a new system for last months LAN-Party.

OMG me wantz.....here in our country they claim that manga's have different price tags for example Death Note V1

dutch translated + extra's (pages 221) 7€ = 10$
english translated (pages 178) 8€ = 11$
on amazon the english one costs $7.99 = 5.5€

seriously wich one do you buy the one that's translated in your language and with extra's or the one thats expensive and has like 40 pages less then the other one.

(dont know if they ship those of amazone to the netherlands :( )

its usually 7$ here, and well i pretty much don't have to money to actually buy anymore.

Monster vol 2 arrived today, but I'm reading TRIGUN. Only 3 volumes shouldn't take me that long, Vash is such a awesome char in it, but I don't really like the manga so far. Anyway it's borrowed from a libary.

OH YEAAH - I found a libary that does manga, mostly marvel comics though which sucks hairy ass. I keep suggesting them to get in decent manga.

Manga>Comics.

But meh, comics are cheaper in the long run.

anime is pretty good, i think the new trigun....overload was it? was better art wise.
