How can I get money off a visa card

I have a visa card with $380 on it im trying to get in my bank, I do not have the card just the numbers but I do own the card like its my card. but I do not have the physical one (card has no address, pin or name connected to it)

I am banned from venmo and cash app plus id need two accounts to send it to myself.

I tried google pay and it keeps getting declined. When I try to add it to my PP it says its still connected to my old (banned) PP so it will not let me add it to send money. facebook messenger wont accept the card type

is there any other options?

Buy another giftcard with it, then attach it to your PP.
