Why not pick both? But if you had high arc feet as I do then check this. I would pick flying just because it's less stressful and less painful to me. I can't walk or run too much, but I would like to. I would spend less money on gas and maybe even would participate in a marathon one day.

Neither. I would rather keep living the way that I am living now. Both of these options present their own problems, and I do not want to deal with their problems. Flying presents the risk of hitting electricity lines, and getting electrified. Running that fast would damage legs and knees.
