Title says pretty much everything...
Just curious as I've been trying to keep as much weigh as possible, enough where it's consistent with my height.

Do simple exercise at home so that your body wants to eat more otherwise you wont be hungry enough to gain weight
Dont go to the gym just eat more calories and then after a while go to the gym when your appetite is healthy
While I appreciate the suggestions, I should have pointed out that I was stuck around 42 to 44 KG for a very long time, during the school times as teen, as an early "adult" and now 25 YO, I am nearly 50 KG and I'm 5'7 in terms of tallness, so it seems like the ideal kg would be 57kg? =[
I would suggest to practice with just your weight. Do not put any external weight on, use just your body. And try to have balanced dietary regime. :)
Working out doesn't mean you will put on weight
You need to eat to put on weight, but it may not be as simple as that depending on how well your gut processes food
Well, rip my protein intake then, I barely eat any meat 'cause I'm partly a VEGAN, there are few things I eat, like patties and minced meat, otherwise no meat product, my food intake in general is really fucked up, most have had something with traumatizing experiences with food or some shit.
IDK about like actual weights and stuff but going to a gym can really help with time management, especially if you're going everyday or every other day. Forcing yourself to make that 1-2 hours for your health not only helps your health but your time management too.
