I know how it happens. Someone took a normal video converted it to like 16 colors max quality, then converted the shit version into HD.

i saved the photo in wierd format .. suz.. its colours all messed up lolz...

and it sucks i shortend the frame rate the 5 min ending went downto like 25.03 mb

it's prolly some wierd .gif file someone took and converted to 4 colors max and then made the framerate real low and then converted it to like IMAX HD quality and sent it to you. That way every frame was put together with amazing detail
