This cfg is pretty bad, not even legit. I have one that I made very carefully to play in my main (global rank). If you want, I'll pass it to you, I did it based on the silent mechanics.
I mean what rules are there on compiling an open source. I'll give you an answer tho, if one gets outdated other person's will likely be updated like recent events or if you would like a different angle you can see all these thanks and maybe reps just flooding in by doing basically nothing.
