As you know how to use basic Cheat Engine then first step is to stop the application when it says "Communicating with server" that is through enable speed to zero method. then,

1.Click on [Table] Button beside [Edit] in Cheatengine.
2.Click on [Show Cheat Table LUA Script Crtl+Alt+L]
3.Paste Your Code. HERE the code :

4.Click On [Execute Script] which is shown in the new window pop up at bottom. It will show the message
"Disable Zombie Attack 4 ACTIVATE"
if it works or if it fails then it will show
"Disable Zombie Attack 4 FAILED"

After that don't forget to enable speed back to 1.
