i have everything downloaded and up to date and when i go to inject the dll everything runs fine, but whenever i try to get it to work in game, it never does (that being the hotkey), ive tried a few of the pub's and its all the same...

Check the Ultimate Guide first:

Then make sure you're using a new hack and working injector
don't forget to run both of them as admin (Windows Vista)
